Engineer cross-flow
Fan facing OUT of the window pushes hot air out (better than blowing at you). Second window/opening cracked = replacement air path. Cross-flow beats brute force.

AC/dehumidifier 20 min before sleep, or hot-water-bottle filled with ice water at the feet. Cooling core body temp triggers sleepiness — physics works for you.
